Checking in reports or folders

To check in reports and folders:

  1. Right-click the relevant folder.
    Note: To check in or check out several reports at the same time, right-click their parent folder.
  2. Select Check In/Out > Check In.
    Note: If you edit an object and check it in, it becomes available to all users. If you are making a series of changes and want to make them available as you complete each change, select Keep checked out in the Check In dialog when you check them in. Your changed version of the object becomes accessible to other users but it remains checked out to you.
