Exporting processes to folder

To export Application Engine processes to a folder, you must be connected to a repository database.

To export Application Engine processes to a folder:

Select Repository > Log on or click Log On on the toolbar. The Login dialog opens.
To connect to a repository database, select the authentication system from the drop-down list.
Specify the user name and password.
Optionally, select Save password to log on automatically with the same credentials next time you log on the selected repository.
Select the repository and click Connect.
The repository contains the Application Engine processes.
Select the project and click OK.
Select Repository > Export to Folder. The Select Process dialog opens. The dialog shows a list of processes that are stored in the repository database.
To filter the available processes by category, select a category from the drop-down list or select * to display all available processes.
To search for a special process in a category or in all available processes, specify its name in the Process Name field.
Select the Show only latest process version check box, to show the latest process versions. If you clear the check box, all process versions are shown.
To select all processes, click Select All. To select only special processes, select the check boxes of the processes to export. To cancel the selection, click Deselect All.
To start the export of the selected processes to a folder, click OK.
In the Browse For Folder dialog, navigate to a folder and click OK.
Each selected process is stored as file with file type *.bs. A message displays that the files were exported successfully.
