Loading an Application Engine process from a connected Repository database

You can load an existing process file from a folder or load a process from a repository database to which you are connected.

To load an Application Engine process file from the connected repository database:

Select Repository > Log on or click Log On on the toolbar. The Login dialog opens.
To connect to a repository database, select the authentication system from the drop-down list.
Specify the user name and password.
Optionally, select Save password to log on automatically with the same credentials next time you log on the selected repository.
Select the repository and click Connect.
The repository contains the Application Engine processes.
Select the project and click OK.
Select Repository > Load to load an Application Engine process that is stored in the connected repository. The Select Process dialog opens. The dialog shows a list of processes that are stored in the repository database.
To filter the available functions by category, select a category from the drop-down list or select * to display all available processes.
To search for a special process in a category or in all available processes, specify its name in the Process Name field.
Select the Show only latest process version check box, to show the latest process versions. If you clear the check box, all process versions are shown.
Select the process to edit in the list, click OK.
