Defining the search criteria for Parts Per Million Defect History

Use this page to define the search criteria, to view the discrepancies of the parts received by the customer during a specified period.

To define the search criteria:

  1. Select Parts Per Million > Defect History. The Defect History Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Part Number
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Ship To
    The name of the location to which the parts are shipped.
    Ship From
    The name of the location from where the parts are shipped.
    Receipt Start Date
    The date from which the receipt corresponding to the shipment with defective parts is displayed.
    Receipt End Date
    The date up to which the receipt corresponding to the shipment with defective parts is displayed.
  3. Click Continue. The Defect History page is displayed.
