RFQ Alerts
This section provides information about the alerts related to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) functionality.
- Buyer Proposed Change
- A notification is sent when the customer proposes a change to the RFQ line as part of the negotiation process.
- Buyer Answered
- A notification is sent when the customer sends a response to the query related to the RFQ line.
- Buyer Approved Bid
- A notification is sent when the customer approves the bid submitted for the RFQ line.
- Buyer Cancelled RFQ
- A notification is sent when the customer cancels the RFQ (in ERP).
- RFQ Near Expiry
- A notification is sent when the response date for the RFQ is closer to expiry date.
- RFQ is created by Buyer /Comes in SE
- A notification is sent when the customer creates a RFQ.
- Business is awarded
- A notification is sent when the customer selects the submitted quote/bid.
- Supplier lost the bid /not qualified
- A notification is sent when the submitted bid is not selected.
- When RFQ /Bid converted to PO
- A notification is sent when the customer converts the RFQ for which the bid is submitted, to a purchase order.
- On RFQ Expiry
- A notification is sent when the RFQ is expired.
- In case of Sealed auction - On Expiry, when bids are pushed to ERP
- A notification is sent when the bids, corresponding to the RFQ with the Auction Type set to Sealed, are updated in the ERP.
