Unlocking users

The application can be configured to restrict a user from accessing the application , if the user specifies an incorrect password in a series of consecutive attempts.

If a user account is locked, only the admin can unlock the account by creating a new password.

To unlock users:

  1. Select Security > Unlock User List.
  2. Next to the user to be unlocked, click Unlock.
  3. Specify the new password and confirm password.
  4. Click Unlock.
