Releases Unviewed

Use this page to review the releases for which the requirements are not reviewed. The schedules are reviewed but the individual requirements are not reviewed.

To view this page, click the Unviewed Releases tile on the Releases tab in the Event Management Console page.

Review this information:

Facility
The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To
The location at which the parts are received.
Ship From
The location from where the parts are shipped.
Customer Part
The customer defined code of the part.
Quantity
The quantity of the part required.
Requirement Date
The date on which the parts must be delivered.
Based
Indicates whether the Requirement Date is the date on which the parts must be shipped, or the date when the parts must be delivered, based on the Ship/Delivery code specified on the Schedule page.
Frequency
The time interval when the part is required. Possible values:
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • JIT (Just-in-time)
  • Monthly
RAN
The customer defined code associated with the requirement. For example, the Receipt Authorization Number (RAN), Delivery Order Number (DON) or Kanban.

You can also use this page to:

  • View the details of the release using the View option corresponding to the release. The Schedule page is displayed.
  • View the contact information of the supplier using the Contact option corresponding to the release. The Contact Information page is displayed.
