Column calculation
Define one or more columns as being the result of a calculation between two other columns.
It is used in Financial Analysis and Financial Statements.
Use Financial Reports Column Headings (FRH) to define a two letter column code, and to define the calculation.
The second letter of the column code must be Z, or V for variance type calculations.
You can then use this column code in an any other column of the financial report, provided it is to the right of both columns being used in the calculation.
For example, define a column as being the result of column A divided by column B.
Create a Column Heading with code AZ, and define its calculation as being A/B.
Use the column code AZ in any other column from C through to L in Financial Reports to display the result of the calculation.
