- Transfer Reference Format

The inventory can be counted on a random cyclic basis, rather than
all items being counted in each inventory count. To set this up, enter the
number of times a year the Inventory is counted and the frequency that items
will be included in the count. Specify this information:
- Inventory Count Cyclic Freq
- The frequency that items are counted each year. For example, if the Inventory Counts Per Year field is set at 12, and this field is set at 4, an item is counted on every third inventory count.
- Inventory Counts Per Year
- The number of times a year the inventory is counted.
- Automatic Location Lock
- If this box is checked, locations are locked automatically if discrepancies occur outside of permitted tolerances.
The following options are also available on the Rules tab:
- Allow Negative Inventory
- If this box is checked a negative inventory
quantity is allowable. You must also enable operator groups to enter
transactions leading to negative values using Miscellaneous Permissions, via the
Security Console or User Manager.
Uwaga: Negative balances mean that average costs become incorrect.
- Default Receipt Note Doc
- The default format for the receipt note if it is not specified next to the stage or supplier. This must already have been set up using Document Format (DFS).
- RN Control Values Required
- If this box is checked control totals are used for the quantities received on receipt notes. The values that are totaled are defined in the values section of the movement type.
- RN Allow Multiple Suppliers
- If this box is checked, purchase orders/invoices from more than one supplier can be matched to a receipt note. If it is not checked, only purchase orders/invoices from one supplier can be matched to a receipt note.
- Whole Line Only
- Check this check box to enforce whole processing for movement orders.
- Whole Orders Only
- Check this check box to enforce whole processing for movement orders.
- Pick List Sequence
- If the document format defined for a sales type is set to normal printing, this option allows you to set the sort order for generating the transaction references, allowing you to combine appropriate order lines on picking lists. Available options are to sequence by warehouse, order reference, location, or to leave as control desk to use the order as extracted, which is recommended for pre-printed stationery.
- Dispatch Note Sequence
- If the document format defined for a sales type is set to normal printing, this option allows you to set the sort order for generating the transaction references, allowing you to combine appropriate order lines on dispatch notes. Available options are to sequence by warehouse, order reference, location, or to leave as control desk to use the order as extracted, which is recommended for pre-printed stationery.
