Editing data formats

To amend an existing data format:

1. From the Transfer Desk toolbar, click Format Designer.
2. From the list, select the data format to amend.
3. Enter the changes as required. If you want to clear all of the settings for the data format, click Reset a Format on the toolbar. However, the Reset button is only available after changes have been made to the open file.
4. From the File menu select Save Format, or click Save a Format on the toolbar.
