Installing components

From time to time new SunSystems Connect components or methods may be delivered to you. These will have a file extension of .jar.

To install components click Install Component(s) on the Components tab, then navigate to your required .jar file for the required updates, and click OK. A JAR (Java Archive) file contains template definition and image files in a single compressed file for faster downloading to your web browser.

Uwaga: Additional installed components are appended to the end of the list, not inserted. You must close and re-open Component Manager to view them in the correct order.

If the new component has the same name as an existing component it overwrites it and updates the version number. You can see how new components are made up or have been changed by clicking the Component Details button.
