Entering Report Parameters

Report Parameters allow you to filter the data to be reported or to determine a report's output.

The Report Parameters dialog is displayed which contains the following:

Report Details

This displays the name and description of the selected report to be run.

Data Selection

This allows you filter the data requirements. For example you can choose different business units in which to run the report, as well as other options, depending on the report you are running.

Report Output

This allows you to change any options as required, such as Output Format, Output Filename, and so on.

System

This allows you to add a comment to the report and to select whether to print the first page, or a test page.
