Configuring the common settings for reporting

To configure common reporting settings:

  1. Open Configuration Manager (CGM).
  2. Select Reporting > Common.
  3. Configure the system settings:
    Allow All Browsers
    Allow all browsers in Report Manager (RMA), including unsupported browsers. The default value is Off.
    Number of historic Report Models to retain in he database
    The default value is 4.
    Report Manager Help URL
    The address for the Report Manager online help. The default value is http://sunsystems-help/document.
    Request Cache Purge Interval (seconds)
    The default value is 86400000.
    SunSystems Query API WCF SendTimeout (minutes)
    The default value is 5.
    Suppress Warning Message if Rendering in Different BU
    Click On to suppress business unit warning messages if you are rendering a report for a business unit that is not the specified default business unit. The default is Off.
  4. Save your changes.
