Copying or Moving a Report to a Folder

In Report Manager you can copy or move reports to other folders. This is particularly useful if you require other users or user groups to view and run certain reports.

To copy a report to another folder, select the report by checking the check box, then from the toolbar select Copy. The Copy to Folder dialog is displayed, select the folder you would like to copy the report to and click OK.

To move a report to another folder, select the report by checking the check box, then from the toolbar select Move. The Move to Folder dialog is displayed, select the folder you would like to copy the report to and click OK.
