Formula Designer dialog - overview

The Formula Designer dialog is split into three areas:

• Formula Variable dialog
• Formula Edit dialog
• Formula Display dialog.

Formula Designer displays a toolbar, which allows you to access the functionality also accessible from the Formula Designer menu bar. Once Formula Designer is open, the Formula Variable dialog is populated with variables which are displayed in a tree-like structure.

All dialog boxes within Formula Designer are resizable. Drag any edge of the dialog box to make it wider or smaller.
