Using Automation Designer

Automation Designer allows you to define automations, which contain a series of profiles that can be run as one process.

You can also define the specific runtime parameters to be used. Any set of profiles defined as an automation can be scheduled using a scheduler, or they can be run manually.

Uwaga: A link to NT Scheduler is provided as a utility, but any scheduler may be used.

Use automations to group profiles for processing in a predefined sequence. The types of profile you can include in an automation are import, export, process, internal transfer and external transfer.

From the File menu in Transfer Desk, select New Automation or click Create a new automation on the toolbar.

Use Automation Designer to:

  • Select profiles for the automation
  • Edit error handling settings for the profiles in the automation
  • Edit the runtime parameters on these profiles
