Using Integration Data Management (INM)

The Data to be published form displays filter selections and the grid of SunSystems data objects as identified in the integration configuration. The grid lists each data object by business unit. Multiple rows can be selected by holding the shift key in order to publish data simultaneously.

The filter selections on this form (described below) only filter the displayed data; they do not filter the data being published.

  1. To filter the data to be published for a data entity, select the relevant row in the grid, and click Add Publication Filter. In the grid, the Filter Set column identifies whether a publication filter has been set for the data entity.
Uwaga: You can add a publication filter for Analysis Dimensions and Analysis Codes, but not for other data types.
  2. Select the relevant row or rows for the data entity, then click Publish.
  3. In the grid, the Status column displays the current state of the integration, in terms of whether each data entity is unpublished, in progress, or published. If the status of a data entity is Requires Republication, you can view the Integration Error Log (INL) for details.
  4. Depending on your integration configuration, there may be many data entities displayed in the grid. To filter the displayed entities, enter filter details in any of the following fields:
    Business Unit
Select the business unit to filter the displayed data by this field, or leave blank to not filter by business unit.
    Configuration
Select a configuration name to filter by this field, or leave blank to not filter by configuration name.
    Data Object
Select the object type to filter the data entities by this field, or leave blank to not filter by data object.
    Status
Select a status, such as Unpublished, to filter by this field, or leave blank to not filter by status.
  5. Save your changes.
