Clearing an operator

This topic is only relevant if you are using SunSystems .

System administrators may need to clear operators when they are locked out of SunSystems due to, for example, system failures.

Uwaga: The Clear option is only available to users who are part of a group that has Security Permissions > Change Security Settings enabled.

Select Settings > SunSystems > Operator Activity.
Select the required operator from the drop-down list, or highlight the relevant line on the grid, and click Clear.

Uwaga: Operators are able to clear their own logins if the Operator Group they belong to has the Enable Clear Operator at Login flag enabled.
