Changing the period

Uwaga:  If you change the current period while you, or any other users, have any sessions open in SunSystems, those sessions continue to use the previous current period. As each new session starts, the new accounting period is used. In new ledger entry sessions, a message is displayed notifying the user that the period has changed since they last used ledger entry.
  1. Open Change Period (CPD).
  2. Complete this information:
    Financials Current Period
    The current period for the Financials module.
    Inventory Current Period
    The current period for the Order Fulfilment Inventory module.
    Purchase Current Period
    The current period for the Order Fulfilment Purchasing module.
    Sales Current Period
    The current period for the Order Fulfilment Sales module.
  3. Save your changes.
