  3. Deactivate the corresponding workflow definition in ION Workflow.
  4. Modify the workflow definition and relevant parameters in SunSystems.
  5. Modify the workflow definition and relevant parameters in ION Workflow.
  6. Re-activate the workflow in ION Workflow.
  7. Re-activate the workflow in SunSystems.
