Technical Support

SunSystems Support and Maintenance Services are provided by your designated Support Centre as outlined in your Software Maintenance Agreement.

When requesting support, please have ready the following details:

  • SunSystems serial and version number (displayed in the Help >> About SunSystems menu option)
  • Platform operating system version and service pack or patch level
  • Database and version
  • Briefly define circumstances that relate to the error or problem
  • Detail steps taken, which are needed to replicate the problem
  • Saved error message files as appropriate.
