Creating Asset Posting Presets

An asset posting preset is defined using Asset Posting Presets which can only be accessed from Asset Records (FAS).

These steps are required:

  1. Access Asset Records (FAS) from SunSystems.
  2. Enter or Query the asset for which you want to define posting presets.
  3. From the Action menu select Posting Presets, or click the Asset Posting Presets button, to display the Asset Posting Presets dialog.
  4. You can then add, amend or delete asset posting presets for the asset, as required.
