Adding a new view
- From the View menu select Add View to display the Add View form.

Specify this information:
- View
- Enter a name to identify the view.
- Only display users that are members of group
- Check this check box if you want the view to only show users that are members of the group selected in the next field.
- Group
- The group that you want the view to only show members of. To use this, the previous check box must be checked.
- Available Columns
- The list of columns you can select from, to include the view.
- Show Columns
- The list of columns that you have selected to be included in the view.
- Highlight the required column in the Available Columns list, and double-click, or use the add left and remove right arrows to build the view. Use the up and down arrows under the Show Columns list to change the order that the columns are displayed in.
- Click OK to save the View.
