Audit Viewer - obtaining logged event details
Audit Viewer allows you to copy the detail of events to a text editor, such as Notepad. It may be necessary to send these details to a regional support representative for analysis if required.
Copying Logged Events to the Clipboard
Select the event you require or use the and keys to select more than one event. Click on the toolbar or use . Open Notepad or a similar text editor, right click and select from the menu. The full details of the selected error conditions or unexpected responses are displayed. This information can then be sent to a member of technical support who will analyze the contents of the file.
