Producing a Daybook Listing
Daybook Listing (DYL) shows transactions by reference, which fall within a specified range of entry dates.
You can use Daybook Setup (DYB) to tailor the way daybook listings are produced. You can control the way transactions are sequenced, how daybook sequence numbers are applied to the transactions, and exclude transactions for selected journal types and accounts.
On a definitive daybook listing, sequence numbers can be assigned automatically to transactions. See 'Assigning Daybook Sequence Numbers'. In addition, a continuous page numbering sequence can apply from one daybook listing to the next. See 'Setting Continuous Daybook Listing Page Numbers'.
