Part Maintenance Details

The Part Maintenance Details screen displays the details of the part maintenance for an item. This screen includes these information:

• Part Maintenance Number: The part maintenance number of the item.
• MSO Number: The maintenance sales order (MSO) number of the item.
• Status: The status of the part maintenance.
• Item: The item for which maintenance is done.
• Required quantity: The quantity of the item that is required.
• Received quantity: The quantity of the item that is received.
• Delivered quantity: The quantity of the item that is delivered.
• Operations Department: The code of the department responsible for the operation of the part maintenance for the item.
• Work Order: The orders that are used to plan, carry out, and control all maintenance on items in a maintenance shop or in a repair shop. A work order consists of at least one work order header and can have a number of activities that must be carried out on a repairable service item.
• Work Order status: The status of the work order.
• Repair Site: The code of the site where the repair is carried out for the item.
  Note: Repair site is displayed only when the company is Site active.
