Service Order (SRO) Working Status History
Each time the working status of the SRO is changed, the system creates a record in the
SRO working status history table. Use this form to view the historical data. When the working
status is changed, a snapshot of other information is stored, such as the lead partner, date
of the change, and user.
If a change is made from Service Management mobile and GPS is enabled, the GPS location and date are saved.
