Draft Processes

The Draft tab on the Processes page lists all processes that are saved in an intermediate state; that is, before configuring all the process parameters. This tab also displays details of these processes such as the review type for which the process is created, the process owner and the data sources associated with the process.

These processes can be executed only after all the parameters are configured and the processes is displayed on the Ready tab.

On this page you can:
  • Search for a draft process
  • Complete the process creation : Configure the process parameters as follows:
    1. Click the required process to view the page for that process.
    2. Modify the required details and filters.
      Note: The name of the process cannot be modified.
    3. If required, you may remove existing stage reviewers or add new reviewers.
    4. Click Save. A confirmation pop-up window is displayed. If all the mandatory parameters for the process are specified, this pop-up window allows you to:
      • Save the process on the Draft tab (draft stage) by clicking Save Process in Draft Mode.
      • Save the process on the Ready tab (ready stage) by clicking Save Process in Ready Mode.
    Note: If all the mandatory parameters for the process are not specified, this pop-up window allows you to save the process on the Draft tab (draft mode) only. The Save Process in Ready Mode button is disabled.

    This process is now displayed on the Ready tab and can be scheduled to be executed.

  • Delete a process : To delete a process from the draft tab:
    1. Select the process to be deleted.
    2. Click the Delete icon. The process is moved to the recycle bin You can restore the process from the recycle bin whenever required or purge it from the system.

Click the Ready tab to view ready processes. To view deleted processes, click the Recycle Bin tab.
