Unassigning service users from a service group

The service groups tools enable convenient management of individual service groups. You can use the Service Groups Member Report to remove a service user from any or all of the service groups of which the user is a member without having to access each service group individually.

  1. Log in as CMsetup administrator.
  2. Access Case Management from the navigation menu.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Service Groups.
  5. Select a service group.
  6. Click Members.
  7. Click Assigned.
  8. Select one or more service users.
  9. Click Unassign.
