What's New in this Version of Infor Factory Track

This topic briefly lists the new features in this release of the product.

Version 6.01.00

We added these features to Infor M3:

  • Transactions:
    1. Stock Inquiry: You can use the Stock Enquiry transaction screen to lists, reclassify, print item label, print Putaway label and Package in Stock label.Balance IDs.
    2. Package Update: You can use the Package Update transaction to update the package information. The user can also print the updated package label.
    3. User Settings: You can use the User Settings transaction to change the facility, warehouse and printer settings. You can change the printer settings for labels and documents in the User Extensions form of Factory Track.
    4. Package in Package: You can use the Package in Package transaction to update the report information, that includes a package in another package or disconnect a package that was previously included.
    5. Package Repack: You can use the Package Repack transaction to reassign the pack location for the required package. You can also search the delivery package or the package placed for delivery and can move the same to a new pack location.
    6. Confirm Putaway: You can use the confirm putaway transaction to list the details of putaway tasks and report the tasks confirmed.
    7. Warehouse Move: You can use the Warehouse Move transaction to create new order lines to move from one warehouse to the other .
    8. MO Issue-Return Material: You can use the Issue Material transaction to list the operations and report or issue material.
    9. MO Report Operation: You can use the Report Operation transaction to list and report the details of manufacturing order operations.
    10. Composite Barcodes: You can use the Composite Barcodes to access all the related maintenance forms for Factory Track M3 transactions.
  • General Section
    1. Menu Management: This feature allows a site to personalize the menus, including content, sequencing, and icons where appropriate. You can develop custom menus (from scratch or start from standard menus). You can group users into a “menu group” and set their starting menus. This functionality is available for M3, LN, and Infor Cloud Suit Industrial implementations. In this release it is currently limited to Warehouse mobility menus, both list and icon menu types are supported.
    2. Supports scanning of item alias instead of item.
    3. Supports scanning of SSCC number instead of package number.
    4. Supports multi data barcodes (GS1-128).
    5. Supports catch weight
