Configuring User Parameters

Use the User Extensions form to configure settings for individual users.

1. Open the User Extensions form.
2. To configure parameters for an existing user, select a user ID from the grid. To configure parameters for a new user, select a blank line from the grid and specify a user name in the User Name field.
3. Specify or review this information:

   User Type

   To define what permissions this user has, select a user type.

   Menu Group Id

   Select the menu group ID for this user. Menus in the selected menu group ID will be available to this user.

   Label Printer

   Set the default label printer.

   ERP Document Printer

   Set the default document Printer.

4. Click Save.
