Creating Records Using the Elapsed Time Details Form

  1. Open the Elapsed Time Details form.
  2. Specify a report date.
  3. Select the Daily Labor Information tab.
  4. Select Select All.
  5. Select a blank line in the Labor Information grid or click New in the toolbar.
  6. Specify this information, where applicable:
    • Order line
    • Order type
    • Order number
    • Suffix
    • Operation
    • Task code
    • Absence code
    • Quantity of hours worked
    • Labor type
    • Work center
    • Machine
    • Quantity completed
    • Quantity rejected
    • Rejection reason code
  7. Click Save.
  8. Optionally, to post the record to ERP, click Submit.
  9. Optionally, to approve records at the end of the day, click the Approve button in the toolbar.
