Deleting a form page component

1. Open the form that contains the form page component you want to delete, and go into Design Mode.
2. In the “Form” property sheet, select “Form Pages”.
3. Click the associated ellipsis (...) button.
4. In the “Edit Form Pages” dialog box, select the name of the form page to delete.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. When prompted to confirm, click “OK”.
7. In the “Edit Form Pages” dialog box, click “OK”.
