Adding a FormPage component

You can add a form page to a form as you would “add any component” to a form.

Alternately, you can follow this procedure:

1. Open a form and go into Design Mode.
2. In the “Form” property sheet, select “Form Pages”.
3. Click the associated ellipsis (...) button.
4. In the “Edit Form Pages” dialog box, click the New button.
5. In the “Form Component Properties” dialog box, specify properties for the form page. In the “Containment” section, be sure to specify the “Sequence” number of the form page.
6. Click “OK”.
7. In the “Edit Form Pages” dialog box, click “OK”.
