Configuring Windows Fax

To configure Windows Fax:

  1. Open the Intranets form and select the Reporting tab.
  2. Specify this information:
    Fax Server
    Leave this field blank.
    Fax Directory
    Leave this field blank.
    Fax Header
    Specify this header template:-d "BG~OUTPUTFILE~" -n BG~FAXNUM~ -f "BG~ERRFILE~"
    Use Fax Control File
    Clear this check box.
    Fax Format
    Select Acrobat Format or Rich Text Format. These two formats are recommended starting points.
  3. Save the record.
