About Service Data Collection

Use CloudSuite Industrial Service Data Collection to enter material or labor expenses that are incurred while working on a service order. You must be assigned a ServiceManagement_DC license module to access these forms:

• Service Order Labor Data Collection: Log labor transactions against a service order.
• Service Order Material Data Collection: Log material expenses against a service order.
• Partner Console: Log labor transactions by clocking on and off operations that are assigned to you, and see everything in your work queue.

Data Collection eliminates the inefficiency and tedium of manual data entry. Using Data Collection speeds entry of data, eliminates duplication of effort, and improves the accuracy and timeliness of data.

This module supports Wedge Data Collection. Wedge Data Collection lets you perform online, real-time collection of data through a workstation/terminal keyboard or through a barcode Wedge reader (scanner), which processes the information immediately when used in the connected (online) mode.
