Use the 
                           		  Partner Create Utility to do a mass creation of
                           		  partner records. Follow these steps to use the utility:

                              			 is assigned. If this check box is cleared, costing is not affected for

                              			 reimburse the partner for labor transactions on incidents that the partner is
