Deleting a form page component

1. Open the form that contains the form page component you want to delete, and go into Design Mode.
2. In the [Form] property sheet, select [Form Pages].
3. Click the associated ellipsis (...) button.
4. In the [Edit Form Pages] dialog box, select the name of the form page to delete.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. When prompted to confirm, click [OK].
7. In the [Edit Form Pages] dialog box, click [OK].
