Adding a FormPage component

You can add a form page to a form as you would ｢add any component｣ to a form.

Alternately, you can follow this procedure:

1. Open a form and go into Design Mode.
2. In the [Form] property sheet, select [Form Pages].
3. Click the associated ellipsis (...) button.
4. In the [Edit Form Pages] dialog box, click the New button.
5. In the [Form Component Properties] dialog box, specify properties for the form page. In the [Containment] section, be sure to specify the [Sequence] number of the form page.
6. Click [OK].
7. In the [Edit Form Pages] dialog box, click [OK].
