Portal Administrator Home - Tasks Tab

The Tasks tab contains three sections:

  • Alerts - This section shows if there are any failed portal-related events in the CloudSuite Business event system. The date range specified on the Navigator tab is used to filter failed events. Click the button in this section to display the Failed Event sub-tab on the Navigator tab, which provides detail about the failed events.
  • Tasks - This section lists the tasks assigned to the logged-in user.
  • Inbox - This section lists the Inbox messages for the logged-in user. (See the CloudSuite Business Inbox form for more information.) Double-click a field in the Inbox grid to view all e-mails that share that value. For example, to view e-mails from only John Doe, double-click John Doe in the From field. All Inbox fields can be filtered with the exception of Read and Expired.
