Standard Resolution Standard Problems Tab

Use this view to view or associate standard problems with a resolution.

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open this view, on the Standard Resolution Detail view, click the Standard Problems tab.

You can perform these actions:

  • Associate a resolution:
    1. Click (Associate Problem)
    2. Use the lookup to find a standard problem.
  • Select a record and click (Remove), and then click OK to delete a resolution.

This view contains these columns:

Description
The description of the problem.
Area
The location where the problem occurs.
Category
The type of problem.
Issue
Indicates the problem.
Notes
Brief notes about the problem.
