Actions that Trigger Events in Infor CRM

The system administrator manages the actions that trigger events. |
Note: To use all of the Sales Processes features, you must
download Infor CRM Office Integration. You can install
Infor CRM Office Integration from the Tools,
Options, General tab.
| Action | Event |

| None | This step does not contain an action. |
| Mail Merge | Launches the screens enabling you to create a document from a template. This enables you to create a letter, fax, or email. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Basic Script | Runs the selected script from the Sales Process family. |
| Form | Launches Infor CRM form. |
| Phone Call | Opens the Schedule Phone Call dialog box. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| To Do | Opens the Schedule To Do dialog box. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Meeting | Opens the Schedule Meeting dialog box. The range of choices available to you depends on the options selected by the individual who created the sales process. |
| Literature Request | Opens the Literature Request dialog box, enabling you to submit a request for literature fulfillment. |
| Contact Process | Opens the Schedule Process dialog box. |
Note: The system administrator can modify the Activity Types
pick list to include or remove actions that trigger Infor CRM events.
