Price Services Tab

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Price Services tab to view and manage configuration and mapping structures used by the real time Price and Availability web services.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the Price Services tab, on the Back Office Detail view, click the Price Services tab.

On this page you can:

  • View the Price Service details: Click the Name to open the Price Service Detail view.
  • Add a price service:
    1. Click (Add BOE PA Service).
    2. Follow the steps for adding a price service.
    Specify the values for following fields:
    Name
    The Name of the Price service.

    To customize the price service, click the Customize link for the particular record. After you customize the price service, the Customize link is replaced with Edit link which indicates that the record has been customized.

    Description
    A description of the price service record.
    Action
    Specify an action to be performed on the price service.
    Custom
    This check box is selected if the record is customized.
    Active
    This check box is selected to turn synchronization on.
  • Delete a price service:
    1. Select the record you want to remove and click ( Delete PA Service).
    2. Click OK.
