Receivables Tab (Back Office Extension)

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The Receivables tab in the Pay From, Account, Bill To and Ship To Detail views displays associated receivables. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact the administrator.

On this page you can:

• Open the Receivables tab: Open the Bill To, Ship To, Account, or Pay From Detail view and select the Receivables tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
• View receivable details: Click the ERP Receivable ID number link to go to the Receivable Detail view.
• View account details (except Account Detail view): Click the Account link to go to the Account Detail view.
