Add Contacts and Leads

To add contacts and leads:

  1. On the Participants tab, click (Add Participant).
  2. Use the Lookup Participants screen to find contacts or leads you want to add to the activity.
  3. Type the first few letters of the person's first name or last name and click Search.
  4. Select one or more contacts or leads, and then click Add Selected.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have selected all of the contacts or leads you want to add to the activity.
  6. When finished, click Close.
