Events Tab

Use the Events tab on the Activities view to view and filter the scheduled events.

On this page you can:

  • View events:
    1. Open the Activities view and click theEvents tab.
    2. If required, use the filters to narrow the list.
    3. Click the event type to open the event.
  • View the summary pane:
    1. Click Summary.
    2. To return to the List view, click List.
  • View or hide the details pane:
    1. Click Detail.
    2. Select a record.

      The Details pane displays at the bottom of the list view with detailed information about the selected record.

    3. To hide the Details pane, click Hide Detail.
  • Right click an event and select Open Event, to open the selected event.
  • Delete an event
  • Schedule an event:
    1. Do one of the following:
      • In the Task Pane Common Tasks, under Schedule, click Event.
      • Right-click in the grid and click Schedule Event.
    2. Follow the steps to schedule an event.
