This table shows the icons that you use to perform various actions in Dashboards:

Icon	Description
Dashboards	Dashboards browser. This icon is located on the left side of the Dashboards toolbar. Use the Dashboards browser to access and open dashboards.
Content connection	Access the content connection.
Administration content connection	Access the content connection that contains the Administration content.
Toolbox	Access the toolbox. The toolbox contains WebViews and widget copies.
WebView	WebView widgets. You can drag WebView widgets to your dashboards.
Edit	Edit the dashboard.
Refresh	Refresh the dashboard.
Share	Share your dashboard. This icon is located on the right side of the Dashboards toolbar. You can use it to create a link to your dashboard, export or import dashboards, or create a BI application component.
Dashboard	Access the dashboard menu. You can use dashboard menu to save the dashboard, create a new dashboard, access dashboard properties and the widget communication, or close the current dashboard.
Settings menu	Access Dashboards settings. Use this icon to change settings, for example, set start screen, access content connections, find information about Dashboards, open the getting started introductions, or access the help.
Settings	Access settings of a dashboard. This icon is located on the dashboards browser, next to each dashboard. Use it to access properties of a dashboard, delete or copy a dashboard, or view or edit the permissions.
Properties	View or edit dashboard properties.
Delete	Delete a dashboard.
Copy	Copy a dashboard.
Permissions	Access the dashboard permissions.
New Folder	Create a folder. This icon is located at the bottom of the Dashboards browser.
New Dashboard	Add a new dashboard. This icon is located at the bottom of the Dashboards browser.
