Report Catalog tab
On the Report Catalog tab, specify this information:
- Repository: Select the repository from the drop-down list.
- Authentication System: Select the authentication system from the drop-down list. If you select Windows authentication, user name and password are automatically preset.
- User Name: Specify the name of the repository user.
- Password: Specify the password of the repository user.
To connect to the selected repository, click . If the user authentication is valid, the Project and Report Catalog fields are opened:
- Project: Select the project from the drop-down list.
- Report Catalog: Select the report catalog from the drop-down list.
Note: When you create scheduled tasks to print or export reports in
Application Studio
at specific times, you can specify an authentication and a user name and a
password under which the scheduled task is to be run. The user must have the
permission Create Schedule to be able to create scheduled tasks. To allow the
user to administer all users' scheduled tasks, assign the Administer Schedules
permission. This user is not necessarily the user under which you configure the
Scheduler Service in
Repository Administration.
