Creating an enterprise configuration source

To create an enterprise configuration source:

  1. Right-click the Sources node and select the Add command in the context menu.
  2. The Add Configuration Wizard opens where you select the configuration source type Enterprise.
  3. Click Next and specify this information:
    Name
    Specify the name of the enterprise configuration source.
    Description
    Specify a description of the enterprise configuration source.
    Configuration folder
    Specify the folder where the configuration file is stored or is created.
    Overwrite configuration file
    Select the check box, if the folder contains a configuration file that must be replaced. File name: CommonObjectStore.config.
  4. To create the enterprise configuration source, click Finish. The registered enterprise configuration source is displayed under the Sources node.
