Creating, editing, deleting Report Catalogs

To create a report catalog, right-click the Report Catalogs folder in the tree underneath the project and select the New Report Catalog command. Specify a name and a description. Determine, whether the report catalog is used for Infor BI Application Studio or for Infor BI Office Plus on the drop-down list Type and click OK. The new report catalog is now available in the tree.

To edit the description or change the name of a report catalog, right-click the report catalog in the tree and select the Properties command.

To delete a report catalog, right-click it in the tree and select the Delete command.

Note: To create a report catalog, you require the Edit permission in the permission management of the superordinate project. The creator of a report catalog receives the roles AdministratorRole, MasterRole and ViewRole. To change the description and the name of a report catalog, you require the Edit permission for this report catalog. To delete a report catalog, you require the Delete permission for this report catalog.
